8. Refund |
Unable to come? Until 6 weeks before the start of the congress you may cancel your participation,
provided this is done in writing. You will then be refunded for the congress fee minus US$ 50. If you
cancel between 6 to 2 weeks prior to the start of the congress, you are only entitled to a 50% refund.
